Student Dental Benefits
All students currently enrolled with any Arizona University,
Community College or Private Institution of Higher Learning can now
participate in a voluntary dental plan offered through American
Dental Plan. This dental plan is ideal for any student, whether
full time or part time, looking for a cost effective option for
dental care. Yearly membership rates start at only $59 per
year with one exam and 4 x-rays offered at no charge! Additional dental services including
cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, etc. are
available from over 650 participating dentists at up to
40% savings from their usual and customary fees. This
dental plan even includes oral surgeons, orthodontics and other
specialists.

With American Dental Plan there are no waiting periods,
no claim forms, no deductibles and even after you graduate and/or obtain
a job in Arizona, dental benefits will continue!
Enrollment is always open and benefits are available as soon as
we receive your application and payment.
American Dental Plan is Arizona's oldest voluntary dental
plan, founded in 1978, with over 26,000 active Arizona
members.
ADP can be used as a primary dental plan and/or for any
dependants living with you, regardless of age, employment or marital
status (i.e.: spouse, significant other, children, parents, etc.).
Benefit continue even after graduation!!

and choose the appropriate plan. Your application will be processed
immediately and your ID cards will be sent to your residence.
Benefits are available immediately. You can also call customer
service at (602) 265-6677 between 9am-3pm Monday through Friday and
enroll with a major credit card.
