ASBA Members, associates and their families can participate in a voluntary dental plan offered through American Dental Plan. Yearly rates start at only $54 per year with the initial exam and x-rays offered at no charge! Additional dental services including cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, etc. are available from over 450 participating dentists at 20-40% savings from their usual and customary fees. The dental plan even includes orthodontics and implants.

With American Dental Plan there are no waiting periods, no claim forms, no deductibles and should you change jobs or move, dental benefits will continue! Enrollment is open, and benefits are available as soon as we receive your application and form of payment. ADP is Arizona’s oldest voluntary dental plan, founded in 1978, with over 28,000 active Arizona members.

ADP can be used as a primary dental plan, or can also be used to cover waiting periods, provide services past yearly maximums or should your existing dental plan exclude any pre-existing conditions. You may also use ADP for any dependants living with you who are ineligible for inclusion in your existing plan.

5. Contact the dentist directly for your dental appointment.
